The UpGrade Industrial Warehouse Expansion
The new UpGrade Industrial Warehouse expansion is being assembled in Oddessa, Texas .
Partnering with USA Modular, Whitley proposed the use of a new series of industrial modular buildings called The UpGrade. The UpGrade Modular Building System is a high-quality, modular, steel-framed structure designed for permanent placement, with the unique ability to be physically relocated multiple times if desired. This particular projected utilized Whitley’s proprietary UpGrade modules as an addition to an existing tile wall concrete structure.
DC Fire Station
New use for Whitley UpGrade Modules. The UpGrade Fire Station, which is located in the heart of the nation’s capital, Washington, DC.
Modular Genius partnered with Whitley Manufacturing to provide a two story modular structure meeting all the needs of a busy station. The UPGrade Apparatus Bay end walls have the ability to fold under, allowing up to 3 modules to be shipped on a single flatbed trailer saving on transportation costs. The unique folding UpGrade building system could accommodate the largest fire fighting equipment, and provide ceiling height in excess of twenty feet. Modular construction was able to serve the very unique set of requirements of the city and ensure the community was kept safe.
