Our Sustainable Modular Construction Process

Our Sustainable Modular Construction ProcessA new PDF is available for download detailing the sustainable aspects of Whitley Manufacturing’s modular construction / prefabrication process in comparison to conventional construction methodology.

There is increasing awareness amongst architects, engineers, general contractors, facility managers, and the public as a whole, of the sustainable aspects of modular construction.

These include improved efficiency in material usage, reduction in the percentage of material wasted, reduced solid waste generation, reduction in transit miles in total and throughout the supply chain, and the reduction in lifecycle global warming potential (as measured in emissions of CO2).

  5. Ola! Admin,
I know what you mean, Recently I purchased some modular office furniture when I was moving my home office. I wanted a work environment that was more conducive to work, so that meant getting out of the family room. I decided to use an upstairs room that was not being used wisely, and with the help of my husband (who actually did all of the work) we painted the walls and installed new trim (out of the 70′s and into modern times!). The room looks really nice, and all for under $100. Now it was time for new furnishings, because my 1950′s gray laminate table was staying downstairs.
    Kindest Regards
