A Customized Modular Workforce Solution in Three Simple Steps.

Workforce Solutions from Whitley Manufacturing offer flexible facilities (such as modular man camps) for workforce accommodation and support.  Our package of prefabricated buildings can be customized to suit your needs, site conditions, and climate.

You have plenty of challenges:  working in a remote area, lack of access to infrastructure, and accommodating and supporting a workforce in this challenging environment.  Whitley Manufacturing’s Workforce Solutions are durable, commercial buildings, customized to suit your situation, and our package of modular building types can address nearly any need; from housing to vehicle storage!

WE OFFER FOUR TYPES OF PREFABRICATED STRUCTURE TO SUIT ANY NEED!

COMMERCIAL MODULAR BUILDINGS.

Relocatable or Permanent Commercial Modular Buildings are constructed off-site and out of the elements using the latest in construction technology and automation.  Rigorous QA / QC programs insure a high-quality and durable commercial-grade facility.  Customization of plans, specifications, and finishes are available and modular buildings are relocatable, giving ample flexibility for the future.  Available for all U.S. sites or as CSA-compliant buildings for Canada.  Pictured below is a sleeper unit designed for the northern Great Plains market (courtesy: Williams-Scotsman).

CONTAINERIZED BUILDINGS.

Containerized buildings are comprised of modified or custom-fabricated ISO shipping containers.  These durably constructed steel units are designed to be stackable, transported intermodally, and are readily available in the U.S. and Canada.  Containers are modified and outfitted per your specifications, while their standardization allows for ease of transport and installation.  (Watch video of custom fabricated containerized telecommunications shelters being manufactured).  Containerized Buildings can be used as habitable structures, various support facilities, restrooms, and equipment / telecommunications shelters.

CLEARSPAN SPACE.

Our proprietary UpGrade moldular building System is a relocatable, prefabricated component capable of delivering wide open clear space with ceiling heights up to 20′-0″ (download PDFs here and here).  Available exclusively from Whitley Manufacturing, this prefabricated component ships to the site laying flat and stacked, then ‘un-folds’ and is fastened in place on a site-poured slab. The system is relocatable and can be packaged with panelized wall systems to streamline completion of the building envelope on-site.

SUPPORT FACILITIES.

Prefabricated and modular construction solutions to support your operations, no matter how remote the site or challenging the climate.  From commercial kitchen units (click to watch video of a project), water / waste tanks and enclosures (download PDF), equipment shelters (download PDF), blastproof buildings, and a wide variety of telecommunications and data buildings (download PDF of our modular buildings).  Our modular buildings can be used to support either conventional or modular construction.

  1. Hello,

I am an architect student at the University of Central Florida, and my design class is doing a modular project. I was wondering if I could get the specs and CAD file for the high-pitched roof modular buildings? I was also wondering how you connect your support facilities to one another. This is really important, and my project will be at an end in a couple of weeks, so if you could get this information to me as soon as possible that would be great. If you have any concerns, please contact my professor, Dr. Tom McPeek at ktmcpeek@ucf.edu
