AEP Modular 2-Story Office Case Study Added

AEP_NEST_office_blog_image-01

The new AEP (American Electric Power) technical support group NEST (Nuclear Engineering Services & Technology) added a 2-story office building in Bridgman, Michigan.

Satellite Shelters, Inc. partnered with Whitley Manufacturing to build the 38,480 sq. ft. facility.  Both, the tight deadline and a restricted work site made this the ideal solution.  While Satellite Shelters worked on the site getting the foundaton prepparred, Whitley Mfg. built the 44 modules that would later be arranged and stacked to form the 120′ X 165′ footprint.

The facility woud include approximately 30 individual offices, several wide spans flexible offices and tacticle work spaces.  An elevator and two stairwell modules joined the floors.  Go to the case study for more information, photos and floor plans.
