East Hampton High School (4-Classroom Modular Building)
2007 MBI Award Winner. Forward thinking schools are using modular structures in new and innovative ways to alleviate overcrowding. The East Hampton building is designed to allow the flexibility to add classrooms in the future. This is a school building that can grow along with their enrollment. It features solid, steel framed construction with poured concrete floors. The Type 2C non-combustible construction meets the strict NY Code Compliance.

Marysville, WA (4 Modular Buildings)
The first modular building in the Marysville, Washington campus is complete and classes are being held. Spanning 39,000 square feet - the modular school is designed with the latest educational technology and amenities. Utilizing modular construction, the school was completed on an accelerated timeline and within the district's budget.

Cambridge Lakes (7 Modular School Buildings)
For the first time in Illinois, a learning center is being built using a creative combination of site-built and prefabricated elements. The Cambridge Lakes Charter School also breaks new ground as the first "new construction" charter building and the first "pre-opening" bond issues. It's a breakthrough project!

Old Redford Academy (2-story Modular School)
This building was expected to be a monument to quality education and a beacon for a reviving community. It had to provide an environment that would elicit pride and encourage respectful, studious behavior among children.

Cesar Chavez Charter School (20 Classrooms)
We were able to deliver a unique building within a short construction schedule that saved the school many, many dollars on rent and gave them an educational environment that served their exact needs and goals for their children. We are very proud to have been associated with this project and all the people involved.

Walton School (25 Classrooms)
With the student population escalating rapidly, and a budget that was not keeping pace, this school district needed an innovative solution. Unique in design and implementation, this structure from Whitley Manufacturing satisfied all of the district's needs.

Wachusett High School (12 Classrooms)
This is a substantial, imposing addition to a massive high school. Clad in matching brick and built with durability and longevity in mind, the addition also was built to withstand the rigors of legendary New England winters.

Market Street (12 Classrooms)
An inner city project in a tough neighborhood, the building had to be very durable, as well as attractive. The building had to instill a certain level of community pride and help maintain it. It also had to come in under a tight budget with more than a few political eyes cast its way.

Bainbridge School (16 offices)
Built on a beautiful island by an affluent Washington community, the building had to blend with the natural surroundings. A restrictive budget, a short time-line and unusual government regulations set the parameters for the project.

(Relocatable) Ivy Tech (19 Classrooms)
During the 1990s federal funding for education grew dramatically and there was a construction boom at campuses to accommodate the many new students. Quick action and rapid construction gave Ivy Tech an advantage in attracting those new students.

(Relocatable) Skagit Cty. Migrant (5 Buildings)
The State of Washington needed quality facilities to care for the many, many migrants who come to Washington during "the season" to work in agriculture. Required were a variety of educational and childcare facilities.

(Relocatable) Columbus Prep. (19 Classrooms)
Temporary space was needed to facilitate renovation. The acclaimed school had to have a complete and fully functioning facility fast, very fast, and they only needed it for a couple years. Speed of construction is a specialty of modular design.

Southfield was struggling with a way to modernize many schools simultaneously while maintaining a full schedule of classes. Modular provided them with a creative, effective solution to a formidable problem.

(Relocatable) Marshall Academy (6 Classrooms)
Marshall, Michigan is a beautiful community between Detroit and Fort Wayne. It is a stop for many people interested in Victorian Mansions and good food. The relaxed pace of life belied the need to quickly build and open a new academy to serve a growing population.
