The bank is a strong regional financial institution headquartered in Everett, Washington and has branches around Puget Sound. The bank prides itself of strong customer service and accessibility.

Their Problem
The area around Olympia, Washington is among the fastest growing places in America, and increasingly competitive. Coastal needed to open a bank branch in a newly developed part of town and to do it faster than the expected competition. Their return on investment depended upon speed and keeping costs down. Their reputation depended upon continued service excellence, including convenient locations.

Our Solution
The building was operational around 100 days after the contract was signed. The grand opening beat the competition by months, and the price was under that of site built options. The interior of the bank also was a plus for
customers who described the building as comfortable and relaxing, two important
details when questions of money are at stake.
