AT&T is one of the greatest names in the history of communications and commerce around the world. Not only do they provide telecommunications solutions but the quality of their research is counted among the leaders in everything undertaken.

Their Need
Their facilities in the Columbus, Ohio, were growing fast and they needed a temporary
and immediate solution to growing technical staff housing needs. Additionally, AT&T wanted their temporary building to seamlessly match the elevation and style of other building on their downtown campus. The building would be very visible and should reflect the standing of the company.

The Whitley Solution
Modular was the best choice for the building for three reasons: it was ready within a few months, it was designed to be relocatable and the cost was substantially under site-built estimates. AT&T Columbus was able to quickly construct a laboratory with very little disruption to their ongoing operations, and to add a temporary
building to the neighborhood that was as tasteful as their existing facility, a concern in the surrounding revitalization district.
