Hereford
Hospital
Hereford Hospital is a general service hospital located in the Texas Panhandle
near Amarillo. It has served a mainly rural community for many decades.
Their
Need
The centerpiece of the new facility is a large centrally located back clinic
with
very high ceilings, skylights and other touches to make the space as open and
bright as possible. Whitley was able, inexpensively, to manufacture the building
in our plant and then economically raise the roof on site. The 14,000 square
foot
building also houses Texas Department of Health offices, and provides space
for
a number of new doctors and administrators.
Whitley was also able to design and
build the facility so that the modules could
be relocated easily to accommodate future
expansion.
