About the Ag Plus Grain Elevator
Ag-Plus is in the commercial grain distribution business. Headquartered in South Whitley, Indiana, the cooperative operates eight elevators in a number of small northeastern Indiana towns buying from farmers and selling to mills and processors in the Midwest.

Their Need
Like other successful businesses, Ag-Plus was rapidly outgrowing its space on the elevator site. There was no room for frequent client meetings.
Staff members were practically “sitting on top of each other,” according to the management. To grow they needed to expand, and rapidly.

Our Solution
Whitley provided a 1,700 square foot building
with a central conference room, a reception area, a break room and three additional offices. The building was constructed, assembled and ready for company within 100 days. Staff members now have an environment conducive to planning, contract signings and other meetings with clients and customers.
