About Williams Scotsman
The building owner is a leader in the sale and distribution of modular and mobile buildings for temporary and permanent use. They have offices throughout the United States and Canada and sell buildings overseas, as well. Growing from a small local provider of construction trailers to a national powerhouse in the sale, lease and rental of all types of modular and mobile structures Williams has grown from a family business to employees in the thousands.

Their Need
Each WS distribution office has to be a showcase for the product of the organization, as well as a well functioning office. Williams chose Whitley to build this “marketing tool” of an office that also had to be as well as adjacent heavy truck traffic.

Our Solution
Again, Williams turned to the company they
trusted most to provide them will a post-card
building constructed with quality materials to insure durability. After all, Williams wanted the building to look as good to customers in twenty years as it did opening day. The project was success. Not only was Williams happy, but at the Modular Building Institute annual convention the building was voted “Best-of-Show” by industry peers!
