About About Gustavus Adolphus College
Gustavus Adolphus College is an undergraduate, residential, liberal arts college. Founded in 1862 by Swedish immigrants, it is the oldest Lutheran college in Minnesota. Gustavus offers a liberal arts education of recognized excellence, provided by faculty who embody the highest standards of teaching and scholarship. Small classes, an active and embracing community, and personal attention are the hallmarks of the College, where many
of its more than 2,400 full-time students engage in collaborative research with their professors.

Their Need
A tornado destroyed a number of buildings on the campus early one spring. Among the buildings flattened was residential housing. Campus leaders decided to replace the building in time for the coming school year, but they
wanted something permanent, attractive, substantial and inexpensive.

Our Solution
Discussions started right after the tornado. In April plans were approved and by August first student was able to move in. Administrators and maintenance people at Gustavus Adolphus remain very pleased with the quality and the ease of upkeep on the building. The building also met their budget demands.
