Interior Doors

		Basic door is hollow core and a pre-finished woodgrain in color. Standard jamb material is painted wood (see Whitley color selections). Standard hardware is knob or lever and 1 ½ pair of non-mortised hinges.
		First upgrade is a solid core door. This door is available with the standard painted wood jamb, or may be upgraded to a steel jamb for high traffic areas or areas requiring a fire rating. Standard hardware shall include knob or lever latch and 1 ½ pair of mortised hinges. A hydraulic closer may be added to the doors with the steel jamb option. Additional options would include square or narrow light vision panel, roton hinges, security hardware, and more.
		15-lite interior doors are a fine addition to sales offices, real estate center, and clubhouse buildings. These doors are available as single or double (French style) and may have a painted or stained finish to compliment any interior requirement. Jambs are typically wood. Hardware shall include your choice of knob or lever latch and 1 ½ pair residential grade mortised hinges.
		Steel doors with knock down or welded steel jambs may be chosen for the highest traffic areas or areas with the strictest fire ratings such as stairwells. These doors may be painted to compliment any interior décor and are available with a wide variety of view light options. Available hardware shall include knob, lever, and rim panic. A hydraulic closer is typically used on this type of door.
