 The
South Whitley factory is the flagship of the Whitley family
of factories. With operations that go back to 1946, the factory
has produced over 32,000 units and specializes in custom production
with shipments leaving for the Plain States, Midwest, Northeast,
Middle Atlantic and Southeast. The factory has almost no limit
on the size building it can create and fabricates it own frames,
for added quality control.

Manufacturing acquire the well respected Seattle builder,
Evergreen Mobile, in 1999. Evergreen has long had one of the
finest names in the modular industry and has reiterated its
commitment to excellence as a part of the Whitley family.
Whitley Evergreen ships all over the Great Northwest and down
into California, as well. While Evergreen manufactures
a very wide range of commercial buildings, it is best known
for its award winning school designs.
