15,000 Square Feet in 83 Days From that April morning when ground was
broken in Fort Wayne for Indiana Tech’s new
dormitory to the afternoon in late July when students started decorating their rooms only 83 days passed! Even before ground was broken the
36 modules were under construction in our factory. They were lifted into position, connected, mechanical systems completed, trim and fixtures
installed, landscaping prepared, a roof built, and exterior cladding installed. A massive job was completed very quickly, thanks to the modular
system.
