About Non-Combustible Construction
Non-combustible construction refers to a building composed of fire resistant materials, designed to minimize the possibility or spread of fire. Non-combustible construction is available as an option on Whitley Manufacturing's line of modular buildings.
About ISO Container Based Buildings
ISO Container based buildings can either utilize existing shipping containers that have been retrofitted to your specification, or can be custom fabricated to meet your space planning requirements while utilizing ISO corner blocks and maintaining ISO pick compatability.
ISO containers allow for multi-modal transit of the unit to the site and are exportable for international project sites. The units are stackable and sustainable (being composed of high recycled / recyclable steel). Containers can be outfitted to meet your needs and incorporate complex MEP and electrical systems.
