Whitley Manufacturing Acquires Evergreen Mobile

Whitley Manufacturing based in South Whitley, Indiana, announces the acquisition of Seattle, Washington modular manufacturer Evergreen Mobile.
The acquisition brings to four the number of plants owned by Whitley Manufacturing. Whitley modular buildings are also manufactured in Rochester, Indiana, as well as South Whitley, Indiana, the home office. Whitley is considered a premier manufacturer of modular buildings ranging from mobile construction trailers to classrooms to highly technical MRI facilities. Modular building cost less and can be in operation substantially faster than conventional construction.
Evergreen Mobile distributes its products into a seven-state region. "This will give us a strong presence in a rapidly growing market," according to Whitley Manufacturing President Simon Dragan. "Evergreen has an excellent reputation for quality and dependability. These are hallmarks of the Whitley name, so we believe this will be an excellent match."
The facility will be renamed Whitley Evergreen.
