Whitley Wins Again at MBI
|

We have been honored again at MBI and are, well, honored.
Peer judges recognized our buildings with three first place awards and a runner up trophy.
Naturally, we would like to thank the judges, but even more so, we would like to thank the distributors and their reps who did so much work to bring each building from concept to completion.
Two of the awards were won in cooperation with Williams Scotsman and two in collaboration with Resun Corporation. Our first place award in the 5,000sf to 10,000sf category was for Wellesley Pre-School constructed in Massachusetts. Thanks to Brian Turner and Rich Dalphond at William’s Boston office for their hard work on the project.
Two medical buildings for Resun Corporations Medbuild Division also won firsts. The Medbuild team of Devin Reffitt, Jimmy Kelley and Ed Zimmerman all deserve our appreciation for their insights and creativity. Of the two Resun/Whitley buildings one was for the Veterans Administration (permanent medical over 5,000sf) and the other for dialysis specialists, the DaVita Corporation (permanent medical under 5,000sf, http://www.whitleyman.com/casestudies/?STUDYID=case_studies1172246861).
The final award, a runner’s up trophy, was for temporary office space over 5,000sf won in conjunction with Williams Scotsman’s Doug Pink in Nashville.
