Whitley wins Vanguard Supplier of the Year Award
|

Vanguard Modular Systems, a Malvern, Pennsylvania-based national distributor of modular buildings, has named Whitley Manufacturing of South Whitley its supplier of the year.
One of the several buildings that Whitley has produced for Vanguard was a 22,000 square foot, two-story ambulatory psychiatric clinic. It was built at Whitley\'s Indiana factory ( see photos on the left).
Whitley Manufacturing specializes in the construction of technically demanding medical facilities, as well as classrooms, schools, dormitories and many other building designs.
"We are proud to be recognized by Vanguard specifically for this building, but they can be sure that every Whitley building meets or exceeds their criteria of quality construction and on-time delivery," according to Whitley President Simon Dragan.
The award was presented to Whitley representatives at Vanguard\'s annual winter sales assembly.
Vanguard based their award on four criteria, including conformity to specifications and design and on time delivery. They also gave points for the fewest manufacturing flaws and prompt resolution of warranty issues.
Whitley Manufacturing operates modular construction factories in Washington and Indiana. Whitley consistently wins industry awards for manufacturing quality and innovation.
