Steel Foundations
Our modular buildings are quality-built from the frame
up. We weld our own steel frames to make sure every
Whitley modular building starts right. The steel frame
means durability, strength and quality. |

Building Floors
On top of a modular's steel frame comes a wooden frame,
insulation and thick layer of plywood for make a solid
floor in your modular building. |

Up
Go the Walls
Walls are being built while the floor is created. That
saves time in constructing your modular building. The
walls are custom built, but mass production techniques
are used to keep costs down. |

Modular
Roof Sections
Like the walls, the roof is built concurrently with
the rest of the building, meaning savings of time and
money. When the walls are in place a crane lowers the
roof and ceiling and experts knit them together. |
