The
Challenge
Expansion + Timelines
During the initial project, the school required a new building that was cost conscious and could quickly replace their existing facility. Their growth plans called for future expansion and the building was designed with the flexibility to easily accommodate this.
The
Solution
Efficiency + Design
The initial project occurred over summer recess. In the fall, the students returned to to class in a state-of-the-art 18,000 square foot facility. As the schools’ growth continued on schedule, they soon took advantage of their building’s flexible design. A second story was constructed off-site, and when spring recess arrived, Pacific Mobile sprang into action, effectively doubling the size of the school over Spring Break.
