Whitley Takes Home Two Awards in the 2021 Modular Building Institutes Awards of Distinction

Whitley Manufacturing received two awards for outstanding modular construction success within the Relocatable Education Under 10,000 sq. ft. category at this year's Modular Building Institute’s Awards of Distinction.



Whitley took home first place within the category for its Tri-Valley Daycare project (seen above) located in Owatonna, Minnesota in partnership with Satellite Shelters Inc. The 13 module, 9,400 sq. ft building houses thirteen restrooms, three pre-school rooms, three toddler rooms, and two infant rooms in addition to the main lobby area and staff offices. Whitley also took home an honorable mention in the same category for their Wellwood Middle School temporary classrooms project (seen above) located in Fayetteville, New York in coordination with Modular Genius.
