Sterling Heights, Michigan required a modular restroom building to be built that utilized an alarm notification system utilizing SMS technology to notify park staff of when to empty the vault. On top of this technical requirement the building had to match its architectural surroundings within the park using natural rock and wood materials to give it the required look.

Building includes:

- rain collection system
- solar panels on roof
- battery for energy storage
- vault access
- SMS based vault alert system
- all gender restroom

The Challenge
